S. Baptism - Amazing week

Hey Mom and Dad!

I'm doing really well!! No need to worry about the terrorist attacks,
we have been coordinating with President Stoddard and will tomorrow
about how to keep the mission safe. My heart goes out to the families, I
actually got to talk to the missionaries medical advisor Elder
Peipgrass he says they are doing well. The great part also about
Germany is it is one of the safest countries in the world. The German
police are on top of it all, they have increased security and we are definitely
making plans with President about it. Thanks for your email though, I called president afterwards and then he asked us as to send a mass message out informing people of the
event and to be aware. If you ever have any thoughts or impressions
fill free to email me because we are really the gate way to the
mission.

Thank you so much for the package that you sent to me with all the
candy and socks and stuff! We actually got to use the cookie mix this
week and baked them for a less active and now we are hopefully going
to be meeting more regularly now!! Thanks!!

Well, this week we travelled a lot and had some amazing miracles
happen. Unfortunately, today we are going to the Frankenstein Castle,
it's taking a ton of time to get there so I'm going to send this
message out to you and dad, combined.

But cool miracle from the week, S. had his baptism and wow that
was amazing!! He invited like 20 people to his baptism, he was nervous
before the baptism and he was so excited though! D. the brother of
S. gave an amazing talk, he looked directly at S and said "Although you
are my older brother, I'm your bigger brother, I will help lead you
along your path and will always be there for you!" S. was super
nervous but he said he asked the Lord for forgiveness one more time
before he got in the water and when he came out he was so happy!! Then
after wards he was getting changed and came out and was just floating
on cloud nine! He then goes on to say that the girl he was dating (a
member) is the one he is going to marry.  During the baptism I had the chance to sing,
I Stand All Amazed. It was super cool, the spirit was super
strong. The next day at church, he brought his entire family to church
and he asked us to teach the gospel principles class. We just taught
the Restoration to them and they we all blown away at the end of the
class 6 out of the 9 family members took a Book of Mormon. The sisters
were telling us later how they were surprised how we were so bold with
his family members. It was cool the spirit testified so power through
us and they asked some good questions. It was such a miracle and
everyone was super happy at how well the class went well. The S. family is
really building up the ward and creating this environment where
new converts can befriend them and receive them into the church. What
a blessing.

We also got to meet with F., the friend of T. he is doing
amazing and is making so much progress it is unreal!! He came randomly
to the baptism and then stayed and then got up the next morning and
went to church. He told us about his  experiences during the week of
trying to keep the commandments. Even commandments we hadn't even
committed him too!! He is super committed to finding out if it is true!
It was so cool!! If you could pray for him that would be great! He is
going get baptized he just needs that extra push!

Well over all amazing week the baptism was amazing and the spirit was
so strong. We have just been so blessed in this area! The lord has
truly been blessing us as we are coming to the end of our mission!!

T. (recent convert) is on a Mini Mission with Elder White and His Companion Elder Fitzgerald

Zone Conferences - Trust in the Lord

Monday
We drove from Frankfurt to Dusseldorf and got to spend the night with Elder Kress in his apartment in a city called Duisburg. It was super fun and it was good to have the dritte (threesome companionship) reunited!! Well that was pretty much my day except for the fact that I went to go get my hair cut and the barber actually asked me what I was doing and he asked for a Book of Mormon, it was cool to see his interest light up!

Tuesday
We had the Zone Conference all day, it was a little rough in the beginning because it was our first Zone Conference alone and we had to work out all of the bugs, but it turned out all right. We are giving a lesson in all of the Zone Conferences about opening your mouth and we talking about how when we choose to open our mouths and learn to trust the lord he can speak through us! What we do is talk about how excuses and doubts are like putting marshmallows in your mouth and how they make it so no one can understand you! By the end I had 7 marshmallows in my mouth try and teach a lesson. It's pretty darn funny, but gets the point across!

Wednesday
I finally got my Visa renewed, the lady said "You will have to come back in September to get your Visa renewed again, I told "I will be home...." hahah she was a cool lady and actually she was super interested in our work as missionaries!! We ended up giving her a card and she was super grateful! Well then we drove to Heidelberg and went on a split with the Heidelberg Elders. Elder Taylor was with me here in Frankfurt!! It was so much fun, Unfortunately, A was not home and didn't answer his phone, but then we had an amazing lesson about the law of Chasity with S.! It was cool because he is dating a member in the ward and so we had them both there and we talked about how important it is to stay morally clean. It was a powerful lesson and the spirit really testified of the truthfulness of this commandment. He was totally on board and had actually already talked about this with his girlfriend! It was cool to see how prepared he was! We even got a hold of S., he is struggling right now reading in the scriptures but that's okay, we read again another chapter in the Book of Mormon and it really light a fire under him again!

Thursday-Friday
We drove down and had the Zone Conference for Heidelberg and K-Town, it turned out to be another great Zone Conference and was super cool! We had again some amazing talks about learning the German language. It was a great experience, then afterwards I got to go on a split with Elder Awerkamp. He is an amazing missionary, we went to the American Area and I got to go on Base and met with a ton of American members and hear English from Americans! It was great!! I met some amazing people. I had a really cool experience with one of the members. We were on base visiting with one of the guys in the air force and he had just been baptized. We felt like we should talk about Genealogy with him and so we started talking about it and then I had the feeling we needed log him onto the computer and get him to check out the website. Turns out he actually randomly searched his father who doesn't have a ton of information. We found his records!!! He was freaking out!! It was so cool to see the spirit of Elijah fill the room and how much of an impact it had. I later told the story of Roger and how we did his work, it has been such tender experiences to tell about Roger and his story. It is always as if he is in the room sharing the message with me. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Roger is in Heaven and has accepted the gospel of Jesus Christ. It has been crazy to fill his presence and support during lessons whether bearing testimony of Temples and Genealogy or Word of Wisdom. How thin the veil can be.

Saturday
We met with S. in the morning, it was such an amazing lesson we were talking about his baptism and how it is this upcoming weekend so March 26 and how excited he is! He talked about how he was in the middle of repenting and wants to know when he is forgiven and can move forward. Probably one of the most difficult questions out there and is something I struggle with also, but what was cool is he is truly repentant and truly changing!! He is becoming a new man and I have been so humbled to work with him over the past couple of weeks. His spirit is so strong and he is such a shining example of a converted man who is putting his past behind. I will make sure and send pictures! Then later we met with the Fabers, she is the unbaptized wife of a member in the ward. She is an amazing woman who is truly making changes in her life, She said she wasn't going to let her son get baptized until she talked with us about baptism! We felt so honored that she trusted us so much. It was cool, then she said, "How can I allow my son to be baptized if I can't even keep these commandments." we told her that she could do it! We then talked about how she will never be able to let Melvin get baptized unless she gets baptized. She committed to take the lessons and prepare for baptism!!! It would be so cool to see her get baptized!! The next day I was able to confer the priesthood to T. and then also give a blessing! It made us so happy to be able to finally ordain T. to be a Priest!!! He is doing amazing and really has become humble and meek, he is excited to meet Dad, Mom and Colton when we go to the Mormon Tabernacle Concert in July!

Overall I learned this week to trust the Lord that he can't lie. He made promises to me a long time ago about the miracles that I would see on my mission. They are coming true as we speak, President Stoddard gave me a blessing one day and said that doors would be opened and that I would see miracles. That is happening right now! It is amazing! I'm so blessed to be serving here in Frankfurt and so excited for what awaits me!  Just remember that the healing of the soul comes through humility and sometimes that means we have to turn outward and allow other to help us, the priesthood is real, I have felt its power and influence in these past couple days. The church is true and we are truly about the Lord work!

New Investigator from Eritrea in Africa....turn outward and serve the Lord

Well this week has been a week of miracles, we found a new investigator and his name is A., he is from a tiny country in Africa called Eritrea. The church doesn't have anything in his language which is a bummer, but we are super excited for him, and hopefully he will continue to have interest. The way we found him was we were going by on less active members and we went to this building. We saw this man and so I waved. He waved back, I didn't think to much of it, but then we walked up and realized that the person we were going by didn't even live there. Then I had the impression that we need to find this man that we waved at. All of the sudden this woman walked by and let us in the apartment! It was amazing and we were super excited! We went up the stairs and ended up in front of this man's apartment. He seemed excited to see us and said he was leaving, but said that we could come back the next day and teach him and his family. We came back the next day and he let us in his home. It's tough because of the language barrier, but it was cool because we were able to teach the restoration. Cool miracle during finding!

Later that day we went by one of our other investigators named S. from Bulgaria. We were just trying to see if he was home, just following a wimp and we knocked on his door. He was home!! And we actually got to teach him a lesson about the book of Mormon. We read Ether 12:6-12 and he loved it!! He said he felt so much peace and really felt the spirit. After that meeting we went and visited with F.. We went to restaurant together and they were super cool! F. is really progressing and preparing for baptism! We tried committing him to baptism but he is still unsure. We will keep talking to him about it because he is super prepared and ready to baptized. I mean he comes to church every Sunday!! He wants to live it we can tell!

Overall this week the biggest thing that I learned was that the Lord sometimes expects us to turn outwards and through that he can heal us!! Something I was reminded of during a prayer with my Heavenly Father. I was so confused and then this feeling came over me and said "turn outwards remember that charity is what heals us and helps us to become who we need to become!" It's a weird system. If something is wrong and you need spiritually healing, then simple turn outwards, serve others and realize that healing comes through others. Its crazy how when we focus on the ones around us we receive answers that we ourselves can receive on our own. I remember one time was I was really struggling with doubt and fear. I kept having the feeling that I needed to go and get a blessing but the opportunity never came and I kept putting it off till finally my companion asked. During the blessing he said something along the lines of "overcome doubt" It was exactly what I needed to hear and put my soul at ease! I had told myself that a hundred times but it wasn't until I accepted it was able to move on! What an amazing process repentance is, we find the peace and soles we were looking for all along. Not the easiest road but its worth it!

Elder White

Receive 17 new missionaries into the Frankfurt Germany Mission

So this week was a pretty good week, it was ridiculously crazy mainly because we got the flight times wrong and so we spent 4 hours at the airport waiting for the flights from Manchester England and Provo to come in. It was pretty insane, but after our logistics being completely blown out of the water. We got all the missionaries from the Hotel to the church and got them all oriented. It was a great experience to get to drive them around and get to know them all. They are all like deer in headlights their first day and with 17 of them it got crazy. We were in the middle of the meeting where we pair with their trainer and we called one of their names and we couldn't find him. We looked for about 10 minutes and thought "he must have ran away", running away is bad you can be sent home for that. But he eventually showed up. But we all had a mini heart-attack. But it was a stressful day because President is busying interviewing missionaries for hours on end and we are in charge of the rest. It takes 2 weeks of planning. But its fun and you learn to use Excel really well and learn how to move about 36 missionaries at a time. ahahah

Leavers were the day after that is always weird because again we are in charge of planning and preparing everything and we even conduct the leavers testimony meeting which is super trunky and weird it gets even worse when you have to drop them all off at the hotel and say goodbye to friends. Its like this weird place where you leave and go back to missionary work and they stay and go to this weird world called "post missionary life". Weird stuff but so is that. It was cool though we had the leavers testimony meeting Elder Leimer the Area Seventy here in Germany was there and he shared a scripture about receiving the remission of sins through bearing testimony and it was actually what I needed to hear and spirit will spoke to me and I felt like he shared the scripture for me specifically. The scripture is in DC 62:3 it is super cool. Great spiritual experience and really great time for transfers.

Well met with S. the brother of D and WOW, if i haven't said it already. He is the most prepared person on this planet. He gladly accepted the word of wisdom all of the commandments. He has been bugging us for a couple weeks to make baptismal invitations for his baptism. It's not for 3  weeks, usually we take time before printing those!! He is more excited for his baptism them us. He is so humble and really an amazing man. It's fun because he actually wants to serve a mini-mission with us!!!! T. does also!! He was like "Elders I want to serve a mini-mission with you and do what you do through out the day." He is getting interviewed this week for the mini-mission. Its so cool to be able to take part in his baptism and now serve kind of a mission with him!! Both of these men are amazing people. So integrated in the gospel. Actually D and his family have been inviting T over for dinner and really taking him in!!! So great!!

Well this week we are going to challenging F. the friend of T. to be baptized on April 30th. If you could please pray for him that would be awesome! He comes to church every Sunday we are just a little worried how he will take the commitment!!! Thanks, I don't have a ton of time to write this week, so this is a combined letter.  I'm completely humbled by the blessings I have seen in the past. Missions are here to make a good men great. I LOVE MY MISSION, I wouldn't trade it for the world. I have seen so much and will never regret it!!

Love you Mom and Dad!

Great week all the New converts and investigators are doing great

Well I have just 18 weeks left on my mission which is super weird to think that it is coming to a close so fast!! Well things around here are about to get crazy because we have transfers this next week and we are receiving 17 new missionaries into the my mission! We are super excited that we have so many missionaries coming into the mission. It means a lot of coordinating and a lot of late nights but we are having fun doing it. One of my companions Elder Kress is being transferred to be a Zone Leader in Duisburg. It sad that he is leaving but we will still get to do splits and see each other often! So yeah now me and Elder Fitzgerald are going to be serving together which will be fun!! We have a busy upcoming transfer of Zone Conferences!

Well this week was transfer planning week, which is always so much fun! We just get to talk about the mission and organization stuff. Its so cool to see the revelation in that room and the Heavenly Fathers love for his missionaries. Its also so much fun to just be at the Stoddard's home for hours on end and hearing all of President Stoddard's jokes. Its cool the Stoddard's home is literally like a temple. Its the first time I have noticed being away from home the peace felt in a home dedicated to the Lord. I feel so blessed to be serving along side President Stoddard.

Well T. has had some pretty tough questions lately about the church especially dealing with Blacks in the Priesthood which is completely understandable. That is a tough question for me to answer and for him, I can only imagine. But we had a rocky lesson on Monday but then we met again Friday and we really were able to make some headway and answered some of his questions. He is doing great, I can't for you all to get to meet T!

Well S. the brother of D is literally, I kid you not, the most prepared person I have ever met on my mission. He is really now one of my good friends, He already is reading in the Book of Mormon all the time. Coming to church regularly and is going to Institute every week. The best part of all is that he is the brother of a very active member so he already has this support system that will keep him coming for years after his baptism. I believe this is truly a blessing from the Lord because D and J were sealed just two months ago in the temple. What an amazing experience!! I can't wait for you to met S when you come he is truly one of those prepared people who just needed to be found.

Bruder L. is doing amazing he taught the lesson in Priesthood about the Atonement of Jesus Christ. What a lesson!! I learned so much and was so happy to see this man who about 6 months ago had no interest in the church come back and is now teaching the Elder Quorum. We met this week and he is so solid in his faith and really so excited for his future he is working on receive his patriarchal blessing.

 T. is doing fantastic, he had a stressful week but he has been so involved in the ward and has really when such an amazing influence to them and showing them that we are finding prepared people. He didn't show up to church yesterday and we were concerned. He sent me a text later and said "I had a terrible week, I'm sleeping in and going to the English ward at 2pm" we just laughed because he really didn't have a HORRIBLE week. But it was amazing to see his conversion and that he found a solution and still understood the importance of church attendance. You can really understand the true conversion of a man not when he stand in times of comfort and convenience but where he stands during times of trial and tribulation (stole that from Martin Luther King Jr.)

But yeah overall everyone is doing amazing, this ward is oddly becoming so much of a home for me and a place of refuge. At first I wasn't a huge fan of it but then I realized that these people are my brothers and sisters and I truly do love them.

Frankfurt is a great place, this week has definitely been interesting but the Lord has continued to bless us in our efforts to bring forward the work of the Lord. Like the song, "I Stand All Amazed" I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me, confused at the grace that so fully he offers.

I know that God lives and that Jesus Christ is my savior.

 Love

Elder White

T.'s Baptism and going on Splits all over the mission

This week was insane, I'm kind of liking this play by play email thing so I'm going to continue doing it!

Monday!! Was insane, we had to move our meeting with the Mission President so we met with him in the morning and then it ended up taking until noon before we were done it was a really good meeting though and it was a super inspired meeting also, so it was fine except we had such little time for the rest of our p-day but that is okay!! We still were able to eat ice cream and buy groceries. Later that night we were suppose to leave for Dortmund, but T. didn't show up to the church and so we had go and meet him at his house (he took the wrong bus). It was good he wasn't able to make it because we did a little bit of a bump in and the road because he had some concerns. It was super stressful but the spirit was  super strong. We got to the end of the appointment and it was super cool. I just had this thought in my head that I needed to give him a blessing. So I asked, and he said, "Yeah that sounds good". We laid our hands on his head and gave him a blessing. We finished he had for sure felt something special. It was super cool to see the spirit working in him. We ended up finally leaving and then drove to Unna actually where I went on a split with Elder Dederiech and Draper, while Elder Fitzgerald and Elder Kress went to Dortmund to go on a split with the Zone Leaders.

The next morning we woke up and it was fun to be reunited with Elder D, who was in my MTC district. It was fun to get to talk with him about the good old times. It was fun the night before I felt to pray and ask the Lord that we could find 3 new potential investigators. It was awesome as we went out finding we actually ended up find 2 potential investigators and a new investigator! I have really learned the power of asking the Lord specific clear questions. It was overall a great split and they are awesome Elders. After that my companions picked me up and we drove another hour and a half to a city called Wesel it is in the near from Dusseldorf. There I went on another split with another one of my friends from the MTC, Elder Hall! It was awesome. I got there super late and so we just went to bed. I ended up sleeping on the floor because they didn't really have a blanket or a mat for me. LONGEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE. But the next morning I woke up and I was ready for the day. We ended up getting some studies done and then racing over to Dusiburg for the District meeting. But then I realized that after the district meeting if I went back to Wesel I wouldn't be able to have a ton of time to work with because I had to be in Dusseldorf at 4 so I went on a split with the missionaries in Dusiburg, Elder Lewis and Elder Kenley. It was awesome we found this super prepared girl who had lived with Mormons in Canada we got her contact info and everything it was great! Well after that they took me to the train station and actually I had permission to make the 20 minute train ride to Dusseldorf alone. It was weird because it was the same train I use to ride in Hamm, memories! But yeah then my companions met me at Bahnhof and we drove home to Frankfurt to met with T. again because he had more questions! The lesson was amazing and it was a awesome experiences, he was becoming more and more prepared and was reading the Bible like crazy. LONG DAY but miracle filled day.

Thursday was a pretty normal day, we met with T. again who was getting more and more prepared! We also got to meet with S. who is the brother of D. and J. ! He has a baptism date and is doing amazingly well, we had a lesson and bummer but we were late, as usual, but so amazing and the spirit was so strong and he is super prepared. Overall a great day but pretty normal. Then after that we starting working on transfers because we have a lot to do to plan for the next transfer. Crazy hectic day but great.

Friday the day of the baptismal interview for T., we had some stuff to do in the morning like District Meeting which was fun, good opportunity to meet with the district and see how everyone is doing, then we had to go to the office and prepare the CCM Reports for president, which is a quarterly meeting that happens and all of the stake presidents and the area authority comes and meet so that took forever, but it was a good chance to get paperwork done. Then we helped a member scan a ton of his old pictures into the computer so that he could download them onto family search. I have been doing a ton of family history lately! It was pretty fun when you figure it out! But yeah then we had a meeting with one of our investigators who was drunk and we told him we wouldn't met if he was drunk and he got mad and tchussed us, bummer, but that's life. Later that evening we had the baptismal interview from T. He and President Stoddard sat down and talked for about 30 minutes we were waiting for them to finished then they walked out and and T. is all sad and he was like "I don't want to talk about it, I'm leaving." The President came over and said, "Did you not teach him the word of wisdom or law of chasity?" We were like, "YES we did." Then they both started laughing and said the hugged each other and said "He is amazing and ready for baptism." Back story was he and T. became best friends during the interview. At the end he told President Stoddard "I want to mess with these guys," President S

toddard was excited and told him "Sure", T told him that according to them this meeting was horrible and President Stoddard said "say no more" that is when they walked out! Overall great evening!

Saturday was the evening of the baptism we spent most of the day preparing the baptismal things. We rode out to T. house and we escorted him to the church. He was kind of nervous but had told us he had spent the whole morning praying and repenting and that he was at peace with everything. We got him dressed and started organizing everything. Then we walked into the baptismal room and T. was looking over the water and singing this song he had written about baptism. We all sat down and watch him and listened to him sing. It has been an amazing process watching his conversion, T. was probably baptized before but the Lord is giving him a new start to life and that meant another baptism, what a privilege that the Lord would have trusted him in our care. He is an amazing man and when we confirmed him a member of the church it was such an amazing experience of peace and he received the gift of the holy ghost.
I have felt so humbled the last months from the number of baptisms I have seen from T. to T. and now S. will be baptized in March. What humbling blessing that the Lord has been pouring out onto me. I feel humbled and ask every day why the Lord is doing this because I feel like I don't deserve it, but its the Lords plan. I have learned so much patience and have learned that the Lord will lead and guide us every step of the way.

Busy Week and 3 investigators come to church- set some Baptismal dates

Well I'm going to go play by through the week because it was insane and then you an better understand who we are teaching and hats going on!!

Monday!

We drove up to a castle in a city that is about an hour and half away from us a called Koblenz! It's was great! We got to climb around it and see the cool stuff. It was cool because there aren't really any castle in our area but we got to go to this city because of a spilt we were doing with the the elders in the city. We ended up after dropping elder Kress off in the city driving back and I picked up one of the Zone leaders in Friedrichsdorf. I got to go on a split with my good friend Elder Fultz who was up with me in Hamm. We then raced down to Frankfurt and taught family home evening since T. was there. We got to teach about temples and genealogy. It was awesome he said he wanted to go to the temple for his friend who had passed away. Great lesson!

Tuesday

Well I was still on a split with Elder Fultz. We had a appointment with a man who was a referral from the Elders in Nurnberg, we went over to his house and tried o find where he lived but we could find the address. So then we kind of searched through the mailboxes seeing if we could find his name and we finally got him to pick the phone up. He told us he would come down. While waiting and looking we ran into a man who was 92 years old and had been a Hitler Youth. Let's just say he had some weird views in the war hahaha. But we eventually meet with this man from Ethopia named Bekelle, he was pretty cool he doesn't speak a ton English but that's okay!! He became a new investigator. Later we drove to Tazs house had an opportunity to talk very openly about the commandments and so forth and it was awesome he really felt the spirit and he is slowly gaining a testimony of the commandments, it is simply a process. After that meeting we had to help a seniors couple get everything organized for their trip home. Then me and Elder Fultz did an awesome split review where we talked about how it went and it was cool, I really respect him. Then I drove and picked up Elder Fitzgerald and Elder Kress in Koblenzs that was a long drive but we made it!!

Wednesday

We were out the door at 7:15 and picked up the senior couple and took them to the airport and got them headed on there way! It was great and also still a little trunks to be at the Frankfu t airport, but sometimes we are there so often it's not that bad. After that we drove to Friedrichsdorf and has Zone Training. It was pretty good, got a little hairy because our mission is banning Magic cards( some card game) and some elders have not been super happy. But hey that's life and it's our calling as missionaries to focus on the work!  Then we had a district leader counsel afterwards and that was interesting but good we got to answer a ton of questions and really got to help the elders and sisters see the purpose of missionary work and how it connects to incentives. After that we drove home and had some office work to do and then we drove to the church and taught a lesson to a man named Jamie, he is super cool and is a potential investigator we found in the phone. He is pretty interested just right now not super motived but we had a great time teaching answers from the Book of Mormon, he is doing well. We after the lesson had a super awesome meal of rotkohl, chicken, and gravy!

Thursday

Went on a split with another set of elders here in Frankfurt actually that the Zone leaders. It was fun because I got to study at my old desk and bed so that was fun, we did so,e awesome finding and actually got to find a Brazilian man who was on the train had just moved to Frankfurt and was looking for the church he stopped us and asked us,  exchanged information and it was cool to see him and get in touch with him and lord definitely leads and guides us!! Then we also ran into a excommunicated member, she was really sweet and nice and actually wanted to help us out she just struggles with law of chastity issues and that is why she isn't a member, but still has some what of a testimony. Later we went and taught Herr M one of the people I found while I was there, it was a super frustrating lesson but in the end we got to commit him to come to church!!!

Friday

We split back Friday at the Frankfurt Zone training which was super fun!! We learned a lot from the Elder and Sister Kirk who are from Houston. We got to hear some cool themas about missionary work and working with members and gains the trust of the members. It was awesome and I got some insight of how I was going to work better with our members. After that we ended up giving Sister Stoddard (Mission President's wife) a ride home and then we drove to T. house. He had been begging to watch a movie with us and we watched Joseph Smith Prophet of the Restoration. And holy moly was a the spirit so strong and he was so touched!! He was crying and say "I never knew Joseph smith gave and sacrificed so much". He then told us how that had changed everything and that he wanted to be baptized this Saturday!!! He literally has grown so much and really is now commit d to living the gospel, we were so happy and he was so too. He talked about his changes and we knew he was ready!! We left on an amazing spiritual high and had some office work to do!

Saturday

We spent a few hours helping the ward out cleaning the church then we had a appointment with our investigator named S. from Bulgaria. He is a man who can't speak a ton of English but he had read up to Alma 40 in the Book of Mormon in Bulgarian we speak through google translate. It's so cool, he loves the gospel and the Book of Mormon. He has a baptismal date for the 19 of March! We just need a little better communication. But the Bulgarian elders and more then willi to skype. After him T. came and he reviewed with us the Plan of Savaltion. He decided to test him and give him the marker and ask him to out the plan. He did it perfectly!!!!! It was amazing he is so prepared. Oh then later we went to buying toppings for pizza for an appointment on Sunday with his friend F. Then we drove to T. house and we really wanted to see if he was ready for his baptism in a week. So we prayed and asked God to help us know for sure. We walked in and he straight off the bat answered all of our questions then without knowing answered all of the baptismal questions. It was amazing the Lord knew we needed to confirmation. Amazing lesson every time with him. Then we drove and met with Sister F. and her family. She is a part member, her husband is a member but she is still working on it.  We had dinner then had a funny game with the kids. She really liked it and then when the kids left she opened up and asked some questions.  I think she will get baptized soon!!

Sunday

Was Insane, we had T.'s friend F. there T. showed up Sister F. came, S. came later. It was like running around. After sacrament we had a meeting with the Bishop and T., he gave one of the most amazing testimonies ever! The bishop was super pleased and T. is excited about receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost and the priesthood! Then after our meeting we had priesthood and I took and watched a general conference talk with S. in Bulgarian! After that we had an appointment with F. and he committed himself to baptism. We made homemade pizzas together it was great. Then we had a lesson with S. the brother of D. S. and he committed to be baptized on March 26!! We are so excited for him and so is D. and J.! After then we went to B, a member from the ward and had a super spiritual message with him. He was super excited and we had some super classic German meal! Then we back to T. and taught him about some commandments!!

That's the week it was AMAZING, I feel so humbled by the lord, miracle after miracle keeps happening and we simply say why, but the lord has blessed us!!
